Hi, I’m Cierra DoCouto, a Registered Psychotherapist based in Burlington, Ontario, offering individual therapy in-person and online across Ontario. I’m glad you’re here.

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults who want to better understand themselves, regulate overwhelming emotions, and create healthier, more secure relationships with themselves and others.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and paced to your comfort. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, understand where your patterns come from, and gently support change that feels sustainable and real for you.

Credentials & Experience
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #17131) and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I have a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s in Social Psychology and a minor in Sociology from McMaster University. I’ve also completed formal training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and additional training in relational trauma, including emotional abuse, gaslighting, and narcissism.
