I’m Cierra DoCouto, a Registered Psychotherapist based in Burlington, Ontario. I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, understand your patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Credentials & Experience

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology from McMaster University and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #17131), practicing under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist. I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based approach that helps you connect with and understand the different ‘parts’ of yourself, those that carry pain, protect you, or feel stuck, so you can move toward integration, self-understanding, and emotional balance. I’m also completing additional training in relational trauma, including emotional abuse, gaslighting, and narcissism. I have experience supporting individuals navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, self-doubt, low self-worth, and attachment concerns.
